Billing desk
Send billing requests with the right details
Use this page when the request touches invoices, subscriptions, licenses, refunds, or company data. The desk can move faster when the first message already includes the checklist below.
Billing intake
Three steps before the desk reviews your case
Keep the first message complete. That reduces follow-up and lets accounting verify the request once.
Billing FAQ
Common billing questions
Quick answers for the requests that come up most often.
Email accounting with the order number or business name. If the invoice is already in your records, mention that in the message so the desk can verify it faster.
Credit or debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. For larger orders, the accounting desk can also explain any available installment options.
Renew it from your account if you already have access. If you need help, email the desk with the domain and extension you want to renew.
Update the details in the billing account first. If that is not possible, email the desk with the new company information and the documents that prove the change.
Refunds are available within 14 days when the product does not fit your needs. The request must include the order number and the reason for the refund.

Route non-billing requests to the support queue
If the case is about setup, behavior, or an extension issue, the support questionnaire will collect the right details before anyone on the team reviews it.
